Booking Process 1. Submit your booking request with your desired workshop time(s) for all participants. 2. We will review your request for availability and send you a final approval notification. 3. Upon approval, a secure payment link will be sent to you. 4. The reservation will be officially confirmed only upon successful payment. Cancellation Policy We cannot accommodate changes or cancellations within 7 days of the workshop start date. However, if the original participant cannot attend, someone else can take their place. If this is not possible, you may collect the workshop materials from our studio within 2 days of the workshop date. The same policy applies to no-shows.
